We are health and family. This is a different way of caring for people

In our team, we firmly believe that health and prevention are the cornerstones of a fulfilling life. Our purpose is simple yet ambitious: to make life easier for everyone who wants to take care of themselves and be supported by the best medical teams and hospitals, always ready to meet any need.

Here, there are no “employees” in the traditional sense. We are a family with a shared mission: to set a turning point in how people understand healthcare.

In our office, we have exceptional professionals. Eugenio Yefremenko is the technical soul of the company. He takes care of everything related to the website and digital solutions. His problem-solving ability, combined with his warm and approachable manner, turns every interaction into a positive experience for those who visit our office.

Laura Paniagua leads the customer service area. Her efficiency, organization, and friendliness ensure that everything flows seamlessly. Her warmth makes anyone who comes to our office feel at home. Her daily commitment is what makes her shine.

Karel Izquierdo, our sales representative, has the gift of clear and direct communication. His overwhelming kindness and unwavering dedication not only strengthen our growth, but also help other companies care for their teams and achieve maximum success through our services.

Judith Expósito, who is writing these lines, is in charge of blog writing, social media management, and the strategic development of the company. In addition to her professional role, she is a Psychology student at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria in Madrid and is fluent in English, Catalan, and Spanish.

In our company, languages are a key tool: both Eugenio and our general manager, Alek Yefremenko, also assist in Russian and Ukrainian. For us, language barriers simply do not exist.

Beyond offering outstanding healthcare services, we want to actively contribute to improving young people’s mental health and collaborate with other companies that share our spirit of growth and continuous improvement.

Together, everything is easier. In our office, that idea is non-negotiable. This is part of our identity.

Here’s Alek, director of Protege Salud. Since I was a child, nature, psychology, and self-care have been part of my life. I’ve always believed that health is not only physical but also emotional. Over the years, I’ve learned that well-being goes beyond a simple medical appointment: it’s about feeling heard, understood, and reassured that someone is there to support you.

I’ve always been driven by the desire to help others, especially when it comes to health, and I know from my own experience how important it is to feel accompanied and supported when you need it most.

I like to truly connect with people, without technicalities or unnecessary formalities. Everyone has their own story, their concerns, and their unique needs, and for me, nothing is more important than understanding them and finding the best way to help.
